OK so after taking those pills my weight sky rocketed this week so I’m hoping some of this is artificial as I was 15.8 last Thursday but we will see next Wednesday!
My exercise promises this week –
Tomorrow – walking home from work (maximum of 3.5 miles)
Friday – personal training appointment
Monday – zumba for up to one hour
Tuesday – zumba for up to one hour
Wednesday – walking home from work (maximum of 3.5 miles)
